MIRADOR Yoga & Creativity School RCYS is a Yoga Alliance Approved Registered Children's Yoga School (RCYS) offering the 97 Hr Children's Yoga Teacher Specialty Training to become an Embodied Children's/Family Yoga & Mindfulness Teacher and an Awesome Creativity Coach.  We have created a self-paced & flexible learning module by module format which allows you to attend one module at a time (10 hours each) or as many modules as you need until you complete the entire certification program (ten modules total). Your MIRADOR certificate of graduation is fully accredited through Yoga Alliance USA and you are always connected with our global teaching community to continue to inspire you to dream MORE, embody this magical work and have lots of fun teaching kids yoga, mindfulness & creativity sessions).

Teaching Children's Yoga & Mindfulness with Passion and Delight and from an Inner Space of Wholeness within us  is a Whole New Level of Teaching  as a Direct Transmission  (many of our School Teachers, Moms, Family Therapists, Occupational Therapists and 200 hr RYT Yoga Teachers have shared this deep realization with me  during our cherished hours of online and in person practice within the  Mirador Specialized 97 Hour Children's Yoga & Mindfulness  Teacher Training Certification Programs).   For  21 years now, I  have witnessed  the Evolution of this  Magical & Transformative work  in my own  life. I love standing on the Edge of What is New awaiting exploration to assist the New children to be able to Translate  their Magnificent gifts into  practical tools  we can all enjoy  (in everyday family  life & in daily  classroom schedules  that we may find  the hidden treasures

NEW! Summer day camps @ Lotus Heart Centre in Brighton ON

Please note that this is a Specialized Summer Fun Learning Day Camp, a mindfulness-based program for children that is certified internationally using nature as the classroom to stimulate our brain as we play with movement/storytelling yoga, mindfulness practices and cultivate integration for sensory differences in children. Yoga mats and learning materials are provided daily. Each child brings their own snacks (for half day camp) and/or packed lunch (for full day camp). 

This registration form is for children ages 6-12 attending the Mirador Mindfulness, Yoga & Nature Immersion Day Camps  in the summer of 2024. One form is required per child (or group of siblings per family) per summer  (not per week).

Cezarina Trone has 29 years' combined experience as a former international school teacher in Europe, USA and W. Africa (International American School in Niger/AISN) , a certified life coach, wellness and mindful leadership coach and a yoga & mindfulness teacher & trainer with Yoga Alliance USA and also founder of Mirador Mindfulness, Yoga & Creativity School RCYS registered children's school (www.miradorkidsyoga.com) since 2014. In her work with families, children, psychotherapists, school teachers, social workers and other staff, Cezarina embodies unconditional love, passion, authenticity and child like wonder. As a parenting coach, she inspires parents to realize their own potential and true joyful nature (not forcing them to see the world the same way she does). Mirador Yoga & Creativity School RCYS din Canada te invită la Cursul Online de Certificare Instructor Yoga & Mindfulness & Creativitate pentru Copii cu acreditare internationala prin Yoga Alliance USA. Cui se adresează acest Curs de Certificare? Acest program online este un Curs de 97 de Ore cu Certificare Internațională autorizat Yoga Alliance USA și este potrivit pentru cadre didactice, părinți, terapeuți, psihologi, life coaches, profesori de yoga...și oricine care are pasiunea de a ajuta copiii să-și atingă potențialul cel mai înalt de exprimare emotionala si creativa. Cursul are că scop instruirea copiilor de la vârstă de 2 ani și până la 16 ani. Această certificare împuternicește adulții pentru a crea atmosfera perfectă ce conduce spre descoperirea și creșterea potențialului copiilor (exemple: ateliere after school, activități în timpul școlii sau acasă, cercuri creative de familie, cursuri de dezvoltare personală pentru copii, programe variate pentru toate vârstele, etc).

The Mirador Kids Yoga Teacher & Creativity Coaching Training  (our 97 Hour Certification Program Accredited through Yoga Alliance) equips you with yoga methodology, keen awareness, creativity coaching tools, confidence,  and all the playful energy you need  to create the most impact in your work with children  as you reinvent new facets of educational leadership.​ Please note that this program stands alone as a Specialization  for Teaching kids yoga for all those who have not taken 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training and you can start teaching kids yoga classes right after graduation  (If you  are already  a RYT 200 - a registered adult yoga teacher  with  Yoga Alliance, you can add the new designation of RCYT  - registered children's yoga teacher -with this training  (a couple of steps are required to do so: submitting our certificate of completion and entering 30 practice kids yoga teaching hours into the Yoga Alliance web database).
