Cezarina Trone is blessed with four bonus children (three grown children and one 14 year old) as well as one grandchild age 8 going on 21. She has 28 years' combined experience as a visionary educator, an international yoga & mindfulness teacher & trainer with Yoga Alliance and also founder of Mirador Yoga & Creativity School RCYS (www.miradorkidsyoga.com) since 2014. In her work with families, children, psychotherapists, school teachers, social workers and other staff, Cezarina embodies unconditional love, passion, authenticity and child like wonder. She inspires parents to realize their own potential and true joyful nature (not forcing them to see the world the same way she does). Cezarina has been practicing yoga, mindfulness and meditation since 2002. As a Licensed School Teacher, Certified Life and Wellness Coach, a Registered Children's Yoga Teacher (RCYT) , an E-RYT 200 Yoga Teacher and YA Trainer as well as founder of Mirador Yoga & Creativity Coaching School, former Quantum Creativity RAdio Show Co-Host, published poet and Mindfulness-Based Intervention Specialist, she has facilitated Well Being Workshops in West Africa, New Zealand, Italy and USA utilizing a variety of powerful tools from her MIRADOR Coaching Model Toolbox. Playing many roles as a visionary life coach, poet, creativity and wellness coach, Quantum Creativity show co-host and yoga/meditation teacher & trainer, Cezarina is ever grateful to find her delightful treasures in most unexpected places: a child's pocket, beyond the words she hears, in her time of silence... In her own words: I was born in a beautiful Romanian village near the river Dambovita…
Growing up in a family of teachers, doctors and artists, I embarked for my own personal adventure to find out what life was all about at an early age. Playing violin, writing poetry at night in the fragrant gardens, being in nature lots and listening to the music of silence, enjoying my grandmother's magical presence as a gifted medicine woman of the village, I started singing and dreaming new visions for the world around me since I was nine years old. Discovering wonderful yoga and meditation tools in my youth after I was called out to move to USA, I integrated all my life passions into one goal: Knowing My Self in All (discovering with delight all quantum expressions I had chosen here and now).
I have witnessed HOW my creative role of being a Visionary Life Coach since 2009 has spilled into so many arenas of life besides working one on one with clients who reached out for New Inspiration and Inner Strength to reinvent themselves…
Since June 2010, I have witnessed this magical being called MIRADOR roll up her sleeves and jump into the steamy melting pot of old paradigms in education to create playful yoga & creativity clubs all over the city of Cincinnati, OH (as well as self-empowering programs for kids who were calling for something NEW for themselves in these times of great consciousness awakening for all humanity. I have witnessed her sadness watching the repetition of ‘same old’ control patterns in teaching and addressing children (who at their innermost CORE are Radiant Teachers pretending to be ‘just kids’).
I have been tasting the JOY of emanating LIGHT everywhere I was sent to go in my physicality: NIGER, West Africa (playing the role of a K-1 teacher for three years ( 2007-2010) and practicing my life coaching skills in my spare time, plus roaming the African desert wilderness of my inner and outer landscapes to comb for priceless treasures of human consciousness, writing mystical poetry and falling in LOVE with Life), Romania (revisiting places back in time and yet dear to my heart), American public schools (some that felt to me like ‘schools from hell’ which needed to be loved as well in their process of dying and letting go of control), uncharted territories of high vibration and well being in New Zealand (the Hanmer Springs Village & the South Island adventures that I celebrated so far)… And yet, the most important landscape to EXPLORE has been and remains the KINGDOM within, our TRUE SOURCE (the eternal shores of the Ocean of Love ever flowing with peace and stillness to balance all the movements of human mind and its creations on this planet).
