This is the option to pay per session for the entire family (child and siblings, parents, even cat and dog). Please note that space is limited to 7 children (7 families).
Our MIRADOR BEDTIME YOGA & Meditation CLUB allows kids & their parents to participate in weekly LIVE Video sessions (30 minutes & not longer than 40 minutes as the kids will be ready, excited & in their PIJAMAS, we will all enjoy a soothing candlelight session practicing gentle yoga movements and a calming meditation for sweet transitions to Dreamtime). At the end of each session...Cezarina will sing a special lullaby each
week and use her crystal bowls here at the Lotus Heart Centre for a deeper relaxation time.
